i have packed some working appz into one archive!!
There is a tool which will reset time limit from your ip which is working for me!!
i have also added a web tool just upload those files which i have added in this archive on your site and than open your site it will work as a web server which will download from rapidshare through your web hosting and will save the file in your site than u can download with the help of download managers or what ever!!

note: you can upload rapid leecher v2.2 on any free web hosting company which supports php!!

RapidKill is a PHP based application

Installation
- Upload all (ten) files to your PHP-enabled host (MySQL is not required)
- CHMOD the directory to 777
- Copy and Paste the link of Rapidshare/MegaUpload/whatever that is supported above
- The script will fetch it directly to your host.
- Go to config.php and make more possible changes if you like.
